Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer the possibility for any returns, exchanges, or order cancellations with the exception of manufacturer's defect. To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a manufacturer's defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for any other reasons.
Cancellation of any orders for any reason other than manufacturing defect or shipping error may result in a suspension of your account.
To initiate your return, we require email notification within 7 days of receiving your order. The email must include:
- Your order number
- Item description (e.g. SKU, color, etc.)
- Reason for return
Exchanges are dependent upon item availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1746 POST ST, San Francisco, California, US, 94115. If an item is sold out, we cannot offer exchanges.
- In the event that we cannot secure your item (ie: reservation item sells out, item sells in store and removal of product from website is delayed, etc), we will inform you by email and process your refund as soon as possible.
- Items arrive in used/worn condition.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Sale items, lucky packs, and novelties.
