Order Policy

Please be sure to double check the size, color, and price of each item in your cart upon checkout.

If you notice any pricing that seems too good to be true, it probably is. Please contact us using the form below about the error and receive a small gift with your next purchase as a token of our appreciation! Any orders with errors will be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a manufacturer's defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellation of any orders for any reason other than manufacturing defect or shipping error may result in a suspension of your account. If you need to return or exchange your order due to a purchasing error, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from your shipping address.

To initiate your return or exchange, we require email notification within 7 days of receiving your order. The email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Item description (e.g. SKU, color, etc.)
  • Reason for return

In regards to manufacturer defects exchanges are dependent upon item availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@baby-aatp.com and send your item to: 1746 POST ST, San Francisco, California, US, 94115. If an item is sold out, we cannot offer exchanges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit.
Refunds
There are certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted:
  • In the event that we cannot secure your item (ie: reservation item sells out, item sells in store and removal of product from website is delayed, etc), we will inform you by email and process your refund as soon as possible.
  • For order cancellations due to customer error, a 5% restocking fee will be assessed.
Refunds will not be granted for any of the following:
  • Items arrive in used/worn condition.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Sale items, lucky packs, and novelties.

All shipped items come with signature confirmation and insurance for the buyer's protection. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of manufacturing error, shipping costs to us will be reimbursed. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
