Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a manufacturer's defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation of any orders for any reason other than manufacturing defect or shipping error may result in a suspension of your account. If you need to return or exchange your order due to a purchasing error, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from your shipping address.
To initiate your return or exchange, we require email notification within 7 days of receiving your order. The email must include:
- Your order number
- Item description (e.g. SKU, color, etc.)
- Reason for return
In regards to manufacturer defects exchanges are dependent upon item availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1746 POST ST, San Francisco, California, US, 94115. If an item is sold out, we cannot offer exchanges.
- In the event that we cannot secure your item (ie: reservation item sells out, item sells in store and removal of product from website is delayed, etc), we will inform you by email and process your refund as soon as possible.
- For order cancellations due to customer error, a 5% restocking fee will be assessed.
- Items arrive in used/worn condition.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Sale items, lucky packs, and novelties.
